Our Process

01. Initial meeting

We start by getting to know each other and what you're expecting to get out of this event. We'll cover the concrete details like guest numbers, location, budget, and of course what the event is for. We talk through your high level options via phone or video chat so you can quickly get a sense of what we can do together.
02. Booking

Once we square away the contract and deposit, the real fun begins. We meet again to review concepts, themes, and ideas and make an action plan for moving forward.
03. Planning + Design

We'll work through the timelines, closing all selections and vendors to ensure your greatest dreams will come true while staying within budget.We’ll review mood boards, color schemes, tablescapes, and more. (This is our absolute favorite part of the process - besides the actual event, of course!)
04. Vendor visits + final details

We set up meetings with your vendors, walk through your venue and talk through final detail visualization so you are confident and ready for your celebration.
05. It’s party time!

We'll be there every step of the way, from set up to breakdown, so everything goes off without a hitch.
